Claudia Wrazel began her career as a litigation associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Los Angeles. She then spent 13 years as a criminal prosecutor, first in Los Angeles and then in Butte County. 

After moving to Sacramento in 2001, she worked as an assistant counsel to the Senate Judiciary Committee, and then as a hearing officer in education cases, before beginning a private practice as a mediator. In 2015, she accepted the post of coach for the McGeorge Negotiation Team, which she has led to the National Finals three times, and to the International Finals in 2018. In 2020, she began teaching negotiation at McGeorge. In her spare time, Claudia has enjoyed writing for, directing, and acting in community theater.
