Biography

Michael is the Director of Public Policy Programs and Professor of Public Policy at Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Dr. Michael specializes in economics with decades of experience in regional economic forecasting and environmental economics, including work on the economic impacts of the Endangered Species Act, climate change, and regulation on land use, property values and employment growth. Prior to joining McGeorge Public Policy Programs, Dr. Michael was the Executive Director of the Center for Business and Policy Research in the Eberhardt School of Business at the University of Pacific Stockton campus.
