After graduating from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, Professor Jessica Salyers clerked for the Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court. Since then, she has dedicated her practice to representing persons on death row in their state and federal post-conviction proceedings in California, Arizona, and Texas. She is currently with the Habeas Corpus Resource Center in San Francisco. Prior to joining HCRC, she was an Assistant Federal Public Defender for the District of Arizona. In addition to her JD, she holds a Master of Public Administration.
