Susan L. Ravnan ’94, PharmD, FCSHP earned her doctor of pharmacy from University of the Pacific. She completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at University Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Ravnan was named a fellow of the California Society of Health-System Pharmacists in 2004.

She was appointed to the California State Board of Pharmacy by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, and she served as a board member from 2006 to 2010.  Dr. Ravnan is passionate about advocating for pharmacy practice advances in patient care.

Dr. Ravnan served as a faculty member at Pacific from 1998 to 2014 and returned to the faculty in 2023. Her goal as a faculty member is to help students achieve their life goals.

She met her spouse, Marcus C. Ravnan ’94, PharmD, FCSHP, FASHP, professor of pharmacy practice, when they were both students at Pacific. Her hobbies include walking and practicing martial arts. She is also an avid Star Wars enthusiast.
