University of the Pacific will open a small business center on the Stockton Campus to support small businesses in San Joaquin County.

The center, which will provide free support for small businesses, will open on Pacific's Stockton Campus fall 2025.

Eberhardt School of Business Dean Lewis Gale shared plans for the new center which will help small businesses while providing experiential learning opportunities for students.

The Dugoni School of Dentistry will hold free dental and hearing screenings for veterans and military servicemembers on Veteran's Day. 

Under new head coach Dave Smart, the Pacific Tigers have brought on four players from Canada.

The men's basketball team had the largest turnout for a home opener since 2005. 

University of the Pacific students, faculty and staff decorated booths and passed out candy to thousands of kids and family members at the annual Pacific Trick or Treat event Oct. 29. 

FOX40 reported on Pacific's annual trick or treat event, which brought about 5,000 kids and community members to the university's Stockton Campus.
